2.3 Account Limit. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jj99 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 KYC Verification. jj99 is entitled to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Any activity that occurs under your jj99 account is deemed to have been authorised by you. jj99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jj99 immediately at [email protected]. jj99 will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.
3.4 jj99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. jj99 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4.1 Accepted Methods. jj99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list is displayed in the jj99 cashier section.
4.2 Currency. All jj99 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. jj99 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method in the cashier section. jj99 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your jj99 account, or to a method associated with your verified identity. jj99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. jj99 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. jj99 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
4.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts with a positive balance that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in the jj99 cashier policy. You will be notified prior to any such deduction.
5.1 All bets placed on the jj99 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, which are published within the game interface or betting market itself. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 jj99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or at clearly incorrect odds. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's jj99 account balance.
5.3 The outcome of all RNG-based casino games is determined by independently certified random number generators. jj99 does not manipulate outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information section.
5.4 Live in-play betting markets on jj99, including PSL and international cricket markets, reflect real-time data feeds. jj99 is not liable for betting decisions made based on delayed or incorrect public data sources external to the jj99 platform.
5.5 jj99 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account, market, or game at its sole discretion, including but not limited to limiting maximum stake amounts or restricting access to specific markets.

6.3 jj99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account. Once credited, the bonus terms in effect at the time of crediting shall apply.
6.4 Abuse of jj99 bonuses — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

jj99's aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user to their jj99 account in the sixty (60) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jj99 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free of interruption, or free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of services.
11.1 By jj99. jj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where jj99 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements. In cases of confirmed Terms violations, jj99 may forfeit funds held in the account.
11.2 By You. You may close your jj99 account at any time by contacting jj99 support. Before account closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj99 is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes not resolved through jj99's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction to the extent such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
